Class Descriptions
Beg/Int Mat - Find yourself feeling strong and balanced when you leave this class.Modifications are given for all levels. Some stop and start to ensure correct execution of exercises for your body. We will be adding variety to classes utilizing small props ie: weights, magic circle, foam roller, small and big exercise balls, and therabands.
Intermediate Mat - Prior Pilates mat experience required... Similar to the Beg/Int mat with a faster pace. New more challenging Pilates exercises will be introduced. Learn body awareness and achieve your fitness goals.
Gentle Mat - Recommended for beginners. Learn the fundamental Pilates exercises and how to execute the Pilates method safely for your body. Feel challenged then relax with some soothing stretches.
Circuit Pilates - Discover the benefits of the Pilates Apparatus work at an affordable price. Get results quicker with resistance training and have fun working out at a quick pace to great music.You will rotate around the gym to the various Apparatus equipment. Pilates Apparatus experience required. (Notice our special rates for Apparatus Privates...3 Privates for $150-new clients only.) Reservation for this class is required. Limit 4 people.
